How to make easy chocolate fudge:

| 350g (12.5oz) |
dark chocolate |

can of condensed
milk |
| 30g (1oz) |
butter |

Method
Place chopped chocolate, butter and milk into a heavy based pan over low heat and stir until melted at this point you can add anything you like for example chopped nuts, I prefer pistachios or you could add rasins etc, when added and stired in pour into foil tray spreading the top layer evenly and let cool then put in fridge to set. When set cut into even small pieces and ready to serve.
Can be placed on a plate and dust with icing sugar.
