How to make Chocolate Orange Truffles:

| 400ml |
double cream |
| 375g |
70% plain chocolate |

orange zest from 1 orange |

cocoa powder |

Method
Simmer cream in pan and add grated zest of one orange. Simmer for at least 10 mins. Melt chocolate gently in a pan. Slowly add cream and mix well. Refrigerate until set. Scoop into small balls, roll with hands and coat with cocoa powder.
