How to make chocolate nut fudge:

condensed milk |

caster sugar |

plain chocolate |

vanilla essence |

chopped whole nuts |

brandy(optional) |

Method
Break the chocolate into small pieces, pour milk into sauce pan and bring to the boil, pour in the broken chocolate and stir until melted. Remove saucepan from heat, add brandy, few drops vanilla essence, mix properly. Fold in the broken nuts, pour into a lined tray, put in the fridge to harden, take out of tray cut into pieces and store in a air tight container.
