Method
Grind 2 digestive biscuits with a rolling pin and add to a mixing bowl. Add roughly 25g of the finely chopped nuts and roughly 3 teaspoons of condensed milk - mix to form a thick paste. Take a whole hazelnut and wrap in some of the paste, forming a ball. 'Seal' by rolling in some more finely ground digestive biscuits. Put the balls on greaseproof paper in the freezer to chill briefly. Melt the chocolate, remove the balls from the freezer and roll in the chocolate, placing on a new piece of greaseproof paper. Sprinkle with vermicelli and leave to set.
