How to make chocolate fudge:

glucose |

evaporated milk |
| 55g (2oz) |
butter |
| 1 tsp |
vanilla essence |

Method
Put the sugar, milk and cocoa into a saucepan and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add the glucose, evaporated milk and butter and then boil for a long time, until the mixture forms a ball when held on a spoon in cold water. Add the vanilla essence and beat until thick and creamy. Pour the mixture into a tray and leave, (possibly in the fridge), to set. Cut the set fudge into cubes and enjoy!
