How to make White Chocolate Cheesecake:

plain digestive biscuits, crushed |

melted butter |

| 300g |
soft cream cheese |
| 200ml |
double cream |
| 250g |
white chocolate (melted) |
| as many as you think look good |
Decoration silver balls |
| as many as you think look good |
raspberries |
| few sprigs |
mint |

Method
Mix the biscuits with the butter and push into the bottom of a flan tin with a removable base. Beat the cream cheese and double cream together. Add the melted white chocolate. Spoon this mixture into the base and place in the fridge overnight (or for at least 2 hours). Decorate with silver balls, raspberries and a few sprigs of mint.
