How to make triple chocolate
orange cheesecake:

Ingredients |
| 175g (6oz) |
Crushed
ginger biscuits |
| 55g (2oz) |
Butter |
| 1 tbsp |
Golden syrup |
| 425ml |
Double cream |
| 350g (12.5oz) |
Full fat soft cheese |
| 175g (6oz) |
White chocolate |
| 175g (6oz) |
Plain chocolate |
| 175g (6oz) |
Milk chocolate |
| 3 tbsp |
Orange liqueur |
| A little |
Grated dark or white
chocolate |

Method
Melt the butter and syrup, mix with the
biscuits and put in base of dish. Then mix the
cream, cheese and liqueur and divide into 3 bowls.
Melt the 3 types of chocolate seperately and add
one to each bowl and mix. Carefully spread the
mixture one bowl at a time onto base to create
layers.
