How to make flake cheesecake:

Method
Melt the margarine and stir in the crushed biscuits. Press some of the biscuit mixture onto the base of an 8inch cake tin and chill for 15 minutes. Cream the cheese and sugar together. Melt the chocolate, then stir in the milk and cool slightly. Dissolve the gelatine in 2 tbsp of water on a bain-marie and add to the cheese mixture, then add the chocolate mixture to the cheese mixture and beat well. Fold in the orange juice and half the lightly whipped cream. Pour into the chilled tin and leave in the refrigerator for approx 1 hour. Carefully press the remaining biscit mixture on top of the cheesecake and chill. Turn the cheesecake onto a serving plate and spread the top with whipped cream and decorate with flakes and orange segments.
