How to make Extreme Chocolate Cheesecake:

bourbon biscuits |

cream cheese |
| small tin |
condensed milk |
| 150g bar |
plain chocolate |
| 150g bar |
white chocolate |
| to taste |
white choc chips milky stars or flake! |

Method
Crush the biscuits and mix with the melted butter, then push into the bottom of a flan tin, preferably with a removable base. Then mix together the cream cheese and a quarter tin of condensed milk, melt the white chocolate and plain chocolate together, then add to the cheese and condensed milk and mix til completely blended. Add some of the white choc chips, spread onto the base, leave in the fridge for a few hours, then decorate with milky stars. Serve with fresh or ice-cream. Then sit back and enjoy!!!!
Can decorate with a flake.
