chocolate digestives crushed |

| 170g (6oz) |
plain chocolate |
| 3/4 cup |
double cream |
| 1/4 cup |
light brown sugar |
| 2 tsp |
vanilla essence |
| 225g (8oz) |
cream cheese |
| 3/4 cup |
crushed up Dime bars |
| 2 extra |

Method
Melt butter and stir in crushed biscuits and sugar. Spread into a 9-10 inch flan dish. Bake on 180 deg C for about ten minutes. Place chocolate in a bowl chopped up. Put half the cream in a small pan and bring to the boil. Then pour in over the chocolate and let stand until chocolate melts in when stirred. In another bowl beat the cream, cheese, sugar and vanilla and remaining cream. Then carefully beat in the cooled chocolate cream mixture. Stir in the crushed dime bars and sprinkle the extra 2 dime bars over the top and set in the fridge for two hours.
