How to make Sticky Chocolate and Yoghurt Cake:

Method
1. Grease and base the cake tin with butter. 2. Pre-heat the oven to 190oC. 3. Using an electric whisk to beat the yoghurt, oil, syrup, caster sugar, eggs and dry ingredients until creamy. 4. Fold in the white chocolate. 5. Pour into tin and bake for 50 mins to 1hr until spongy and firm. 6. Leave in tin to cool for 10 mins.
