How to make Quick Marshmallow Chocolate Tart:

Ingredients |

ready made sweet shortcrust pastry case

| 115g (4oz) |
good quality dark chocolate |
| 115g (4oz) |
marshmallows |
| 1 |
egg |
| 2 |
tablespoons of water |
| 0.25 pint |
doulble cream |
Method
Put marshmallows, water and chococolate, broken into small pieces, into a bowl over very hot water (not over heat) and leave to melt, stirring occassionally.Pour into a bowl.Allow to cool slightly then seperate the egg and stir the yolk into chocolate mixture. Leave to go cold.Whisk cream until it forms soft peaks and gently fold into the chocolate mixture. Whisk egg white until stiff and gently fold in too. Pour into pastry case and put into fridge to set and chill. You could add melted chocolate on top for extra taste.
Serve with whipped Cream or Creme Fraiche.Or Any other toppings - (Prefebly chocolate)
