Method
Crush digestive biscuits in a sealed sandwich
bag. Melt butter in spacepan being careful not to
burn (microwave optional). Mix melted butter and
biscuit together and place in springfold shallow
dish or cake tin and press down. Place in fridge
to chill to enable it to set. Melt chocolate in a
bowl over a pan of boiling water. Break up Malteasers
into smaller pieces but not dust. Take melted chocolate
off the heat and allow to stand and cool. Once cool
mix in Malteaser pieces and mini marshmallows. Pour
the chocolate mixture on biscuit base and place in
fridge to set. Once set take out of tray and cut
into smaller mangerable pieces.
Serving options could be to decorate with sliced strawberries or melted white chocolate and maybe serve with cream or ice cream.
