How to make Crispy Chocolate Coolie:

Digestive biscuits |
| 3oz |
margarine |
| 2 tablespoons |
golden syrup |
| 1oz |
caster sugar |
| 1oz |
cocoa |
| 2oz |
rasins |
| 1oz |
crushed nuts (optional) |
| 1/2 large bar |
your favourite chocolate to cover cake with |

Method
Put biscuits in sandwich bag and bash into small chunks. Melt marg. in pan, add syrup, sugar and cocoa. Remove from heat. Stir in rasins (and nuts if using). Put ingredients into shallow greased tin and leave in fridge for about an hour. Remove from fridge. Melt chocolate and spread over cake. Return to fridge until chocolate is set. Cut into squares and enjoy!!!
To make the cake look really impressive, try using white and milk chocolate for a marbled effect.
