Simple and Delicious Chocolate Sponge Sandwich Cake

How to make Simple and Delicious Chocolate Sponge Sandwich Cake:

Quantity

Ingredients
200g (7oz) flour
225g (8oz) sugar
225g (8oz) margarine
3 eggs
splash milk
30g (1oz) cocoa powder


Method
Preheat oven to gas mark 4 (180°C or 350°F) Cream sugar and margarine in a bowl until it's a pale yellow colour. Then whisk eggs. sive 1/4 of the flour it to the and stir, then add 1/4 of the whisked egg and stir. Repeat this until all the flour and eggs is stirred in. Seive the cocoa powder into the bowl then add a splash of milk. Grease two tins and line them with grease proof paper pour the mixture evenly into the tins and leave in the oven for 15-20 mins

The center of the sandwich is your choice you can have buttercream, whipped cream, jam or anything else you can think of!
