How to make chocolate fudge cake:

Double cream, whipped |

Digestive biscuits crumbs |

Plain chocolate, grated |

Method
Pre-heat oven to 300 degress F., Gas Mark 2.
Break up the chocolate and put it in a basin with the
rum. Place the basin in the oven to melt the choclolate
for about 15 minutes. Then remove it from the oven,
toss in the butter and instant coffee, then with a wooden
spoon mix it till smooth. Let it cool a bit before adding
the beaten egg and about 1 tablespoon of the whipped
cream. Blend thoroughly, then stir in the nuts and biscuits.
Put the mixture into an 8-inch cake tin lined with cooking
foil. Let it chill through (3 to 4 hours) and serve
the chocolate fudge cake with the rest of the cream spread over and sprinkeld
with grated chocolate.
