How to make chocololate and banana scones:

| 200g (7oz) |
Self raising flour |
| 50g (1.75oz) |
Margarine |
| 1/4 teaspoon |
Salt |
| 50g (1.75oz) |
Caster sugar |
| 1 |
Large banana |
| 75g (2.5oz) |
Milk cooking chocolate |

Method
1. Rub together the flour and margarine until it resembles fine bread crumbs.
2. Stir in the salt, sugar and chocolate.
3. Mash the banana then stir that in too.
4. Next stir in the milk until a dough is formed.
5. Roll out to 1 inch thick and cut out.
6. Bake in the oven at 210`C/gas 7 for 10 - 15 minutes.
