How to make Chocolate Banana Cake:

chocolate chips or chopped chocolate |

walnuts, chopped |

Method
Grease a 20 x 10 cm loaf tin. Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 4/180°C/350°F.
Get a bowl and mash the bananas with the sugar until smooth.
Stir in the flour, oil, eggs and milk, mixing well until everything is thoroughly combined.
Gently mix in the chocolate and walnuts. Pour into the tin and cook for 50 minutes until cooked through.
Test the cake by inserting a thin knife into the centre of the cake - if it comes out clean with no mixture clinging to it, the cake is cooked.
Take out of the oven and cool in the tin for 10 minutes. Turn out onto a wire rack and leave until cold.
Sprinkle with icing sugar to finish
