How to make 8 Minute Chocolate Mud Cake:

cocoa |
| 1/2 cup |
hot chocolate powder |
| 3/4 cup |
water |
| 4 |
eggs |
| 1/2 cup |
sunflower oil |
| 2 spoons |
rum/whisky (optional) |
| For serving: |
Whipped cream Vanilla/Cappuchino ice cream |

Method
Mix flour, sugar, cocoa & hot chocolate
powder.Add eggs, one at the time. Add oil slowly
and make sure it's mixing well. Add rum / whisky.
Pour the mixture to a 24 cm silicone cake tin and
put in the microwave for 6-8 minute on full heat.
Cake is ready when the sides are slightly separate
from the edge of the cake. Serve with whipped cream
and ice cream of your choice.
