How to make Blackberry Chocolate Dreaming:

self raising flour |

caster sugar |
| 115g (4oz) |
butter |

eggs |
| 55g (2oz) |
cocoa powder |

blackberries |
| - |
almond essence |
| Optional |
chocolate block |
Method
Place the flour, butter, sugar and eggs, all in one method, in the blender. Stir in the almond essence, blackberries and cocoa powder. Melt the chocolate block and add or decorate of your choice.
Line a cake tin of any shape. Oven gas mark 4/180C. About 20 mins or until cooked.
