How to make Bethany cadburys™ and milkybar™ choco cake:

Ingredients |

of cooking chocolate |
| 170g (6oz) |
Margarine |
| 170g (6oz) |
Caster Sugar |
| 110g (4oz) |
Self Raising flour |
| 3 |
eggs well beaten |
| small glass |
hot water |
| normal bar |
milkybar |
Method
Pre-heat oven to 180°C: 350°F: Gas 4Boil the kettlePour the water into a small glass and put in two heaped tbsp of cocoa powder and let it dissolve.While thats dissolving do this:Melt the 1/2 bar of cooking chocolate on the hob.Get a large mixing bowl and mix the butter and caster sugar together to form a paste. Add the 3 eggs and self raising flour and beat for 5 minutes.Pour in half of the dissolved cocoa mixture into the bowl and cooking chocolate in and beat for another 5 minutes.Pour into to 2 cake tins and stick in the oven for 25 minutes or until the surface springs back when pressed lightly. When in the oven melt the milkybar™ on the hob and put into a bowl to cool. When the cake comes out of the oven spread the milkybar on top of one of the cakes and sponge together.
Grate the other half of the chocolate and sprinkle on top of the cake.
