Method
Line tin with non stick paper. Melt chocolate and butter in bowl over hot water then allow to cool slightly before adding the other ingredients (you can use Gluten free flour in this recipe). 175 in fan oven cook 25 mins - DO NOT OVERCOOK - should look sticky.
Yes 16oz chocolate! do not stint. When cool put in fridge for a couple of hours as easier to cut - then store in airtight tin. They will not last long!!!!!
