Method
Pre heat the oven to 350f and put the rack in the middle. Butter and flour a 3 by 9 inch baking pan. Melt the chocolate and butter together in saucepan on a low heat until completely melted and mixture is smooth. Remove pan and allow to cool until mixture is luke warm. Stir in eggs, sugar and vanilla one at a time, stir well after each addition. Stir in salt and flour, stirring just until combined. Stir in 1/3 of the white chocolate. Pour into baking pan and bake for 25-30 mins until tester comes out with a few crumbs attached. Let cool completely and cut into bars.
Roll up some baking paper into a cone shape fasten with tape and cut off the bottom. Melt the rest of the white chocolate in a pan with a touch of butter until smooth. Pour into cone and drizzle over the brownies. Let cool and enjoy!!!
