Method
Sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar and egg, then stir in peanut butter and melted chocolate. Gradually stir in flour mixture alternately with the milk. Bake in a greased and floured 8-inch square pan at 375° oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Cut into squares.
Cut the brownies into squares whilst they are still warm as it is easier.
