Method
1. preheat the oven to gas mark 5
2. melt the chocolate and the butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering water
3. stir in the sugars
4. stir in the eggs and flour
5. roughly chop the hazelnuts and walnuts and stir them in
6. keep stirring for three minutes til the mixture is fudgey and leaves the side of the bowl.
7. pour into a greased tin and bake for 20 minutes
8. melt white chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water, stirring to ensure it doesn't burn.
9. chop the hazelnuts and toast under the grill
10. pour the melted white chocolate over the brownies, spread it and then sprinkle over the toasted hazelnuts
11. cut the brownies into squares and serve!
