Method
Grease and flour a 9-inch square baking pan. Heat oven to 350°. Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl or pan over simmering water, stirring until smooth and warm. In a mixing bowl with an electric mixer, beat eggs with salt and sugar and vanilla until the mixture is light and thickened. Stir in the melted chocolate and butter mixture then fold in the flour and walnuts. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out nearly clean when inserted in the centre.
If you want, you can sprinkle chocolate or top off with melted chocolate for better taste!
