How to make Yummy Yum Super Fudge Chocolate Cookies:

bittersweet chocolate (mixed varieties if possible) |
| 60g (2oz) |
unsweetened chocolate |
| 2 tablespoons |
butter |
| 1/3 cup |
maple syrup |

| 2 teaspoons |
high-quality vanilla extract |
| 2/3 cup |
plain flour |
| 1/2 teaspoon |
baking powder |

Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt both types
of chocolate and the butter in a microwave for 1.5
to 2 minutes, until melted when stirred together.
Stir and blend in the maple syrup, egg, vanilla.
Mix the cake flour and baking powder together, then
add to the chocolate mixture, and stir until fully
blended. Grease (with butter) a couple of cookie
sheets, and use a tablespoon to drop portions of
the batter on each sheet, at least an inch apart.
Bake for 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack for at least
10 - 15 minutes.
