How to make Turkish Delight White Chocolate Caramel Bars

Method
Melt together Marg and 1/2 tin condensed milk, once melted stir in crushed digestives. Line tin with parchment. Press digestive mixture into tin and press down into tin. Lay Turkish thins on top of base. Make fudge melt together with marg, sugar, syrup and the other 1/2 tin condensed milk. Boil for 6 mins then add the 5 pieces of white chocolate and stir until melted fudge should be thickening. Spread on top of turkish thins. Cover with white chocolate for a professional touch. Cut when cool into small squares as they are a fair munch but devine.
This recipe is for special occasions and is ideal served after a beautiful meal with coffee.
