How to make Triple Milk Chocolate Biscuits:

Butter at room temperature |
| 150g (5.5oz) |
Caster sugar |
| 250g (9oz) |
Plain flour |

Medium sized egg |
| 2 1/2 tbsp |
Cocoa powder |
| 400g (14oz) |
milk chocolate |

Milk chocolate chips |

Method
Dice the butter into a large mixing bowl. Add the sugar, and then cream the butter and sugar together. Mix in the flour with a pinch of salt and cocoa powder. Mix the egg in a separate bowl and then mix with the flour mixture. Add as much chocolate chips as you want! Bring the dough together with your finger tips.(messy)wrap the dough in cling film an keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to gas mark 4.Put the dough onto a large floured surface and roll it out 1/2cm thick. Cut out any shapes you like. Grease a baking sheet onto a baking tray. Place the shapes gently on the tray and bake for 15-25 minutes. Leave the biscuits to cool on a cooling rack. Melt chocolate over a saucepan/in a microwave. Dip biscuits into the melted chocolate and place onto greaseproof paper. Put in fridge to cool.
serves 16. You could decorate it with white chocolate.
