How to make Sexy Chocolate Tiffin:
Quantites for base:

| 400g (14oz) |
plain chocolate |
| 1 1/4 packets |
digestive, rich tea or bourbons |
| 100g (3.5oz) |
marshmallows |
| 100g (3.5oz) |
walnuts or glace cherrys (optional) |

Method
First crush the biscuits to a fine texture.
Melt the chocolate ina bowl over a pan of simmering
water. When all melted add the halved marshmallows
stir them so they start to melt a little. Gradually
add the crushed biscuits and stir. there should be
a generous amount of chocolate enough to bind the
biscuit crumbs and remain a loose mixture not to
crumbly! At this point feel free to add nuts or
cherries. Line a square baking tin with greaceproof
paper and pour in the chocolate mixture. flatten
the top to compact it. Chill for at least an hour
and a half. With a sharp knife cut into squares and
enjoy!
Be cautious with the crumb, this recipe relys on the luxury of all that chocolate!
