How to make Rolo & Marshmallow Tray Bake:

Method
Melt the butter in a fairly large saucepan. Add all the rolos and marshmallows. Stir continuously until everything is melted. Please note that the mix will become very sticky. Add the rice crispies a little at a time until most of the mixture is coating the crispies. Grease the tin thoroughly and transfer mix into tin. Use a plastic spatula to spread out mixture. Put in fridge until set.
For an extra chocolate hit cover the top of the chilled tray bake with melted chocolate and then place back in fridge until set.
