Easy Chocolate Biscuits

How to make easy chocolate biscuits:

Quantity

Ingredients
200g (7oz) plain flour
100g (3.5oz) sugar
60g (2oz) coco
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 egg
100g (3.5oz) butter (room temp)


Method
Grease a tray, and turn oven up to 170C. Mix the dry ingredients together and then whisk in the egg. Add the butter and then knead for 10 minutes. Put small amounts on baking tray and cook for 12 minutes. Leave to cool then enjoy.
