How to make Double Chocolate chip cookies:

| 150g (5.5oz) |
self–raising flour |
| 75g (2.5oz) |
butter |
| 75g (2.5oz) |
dark brown sugar |
| 50g (1.75oz) |
white chocolate chips |
| 50g (1.75oz) |
milk chocolate chips |
| 1 |
egg |

Method
1. Heat oven to Gas 4/ elec 180
2. Put margarine and sugar in large bowl- mix well.
3. Crack egg into small bowl or jug – mix with a fork.
4. Add egg to the bowl a little at a time and mix well.
5. Stir in the flour and chocolate chips.
6. Use a tablespoon to make small heaps of mixture 1cm apart.
7. Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
8. Remove from the oven using oven gloves and place on a cooling rack.
