Method
Melt the butter or marg over a gentle heat, with the brown sugar. Remove from the heat and add the egg and fruit. Mix very well. Add the digestives and the cocoa and combine well. Press into a 7" square, foiled lined tin (make sure the foil laps over the edges). Leave to cool but don't put in the fridge. Cover with the melted chocolate and when set, cut into quite small squares (no bigger than 5cm).
