How to make White Chocolate and Raisin Fudge Bake:

| 200g |
white chocolate |
| 2 tbsp |
golden syrup |
| 135g |
crushed digestives |
| 65g |
raisins |
| 85g |
butter |

Method
1] Melt butter, white chocolate and syrup in a bowl over a pan of hot water. 2] Add crushed digestives and raisins and mix together. 3] Pour mixture into a shallow dish and leave to cool before placing in the fridge overnight.
Cut your mixture into small cubes and enjoy! These are very sweet so you only need one at a time.
