How to make Malteser Rocky Road:

golden syrup |

maltesers |
| 100g |
mini marshmallows |

smarties (or white choc chips) |
| 200g |
digestives |

icing sugar to dust |

Method
Melt the butter, chocolate, cocoa powder, sugar and syrup in a pan on low heat and set aside to cool for 10 mins. Meanwhile line a 8 inch square tin. Crush the digestives whilst leaving some chunks and place in a large bowl, add maltesers, mallows and smarties. Pour over melted mixture and combine. Pour into tin and refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut into slices and dust with icing sugar.
