Malteser Crunch

How to make Malteser Crunch:

Quantity

Ingredients
115g (4oz) soft margarine
3 tablespoons golden syrup
340g (12oz) chocolate digestives
1 family pack milk chocolate maltesers
225g (8oz) 1 bar white chocolate


Method
Crush digestive biscuits. Halve most of the maltesers and crush a few to sprinkle on top. Melt margarine and golden syrup in a large saucepan. Add digestives and halved maltesers and mix well. Turn into a 7x11 inch baking tin and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Melt white chocolate and spread over the top and sprinkle on remaining maltesers to finish.
