How to make Ginger Crunch:

Ingredients |
| 1 big bar |
good quality chocolate |
| 1 tablespoon |
good quality honey |
| 1/2 packet or so |
good quality ginger biscuits |
| 2 tablespoons |
oatabix flakes |
| |
handful of raisins if desired - vary amounts to suit taste/texture preferred |

Method
Melt the chocolate using correct method along with honey. Add crushed biscuits and crushed flakes, add raisins if using and smooth out onto container with greaseproof paper. Let cool and slice.
Great stored in freezer and when feel like a sweet treat have a piece from the freezer!
