Method
1. Melt chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over a pan of barely simmering water, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat as soon as it is all melted - you do not want it to get too hot. 2. Leave chocolate to cool. 3. Combine sugars, butter and peanut butter in a bowl. Beat with a wooden spoon until smooth. (There may be some small lumps of sugar - this does not matter). 4. Line a fairly large square tin with greaseproof paper. 5. Pour about a third of the chocolate mix into the tin. 6. Crumble the peanut butter mix over the top. It does not need to be even, and it does not need to cover all of the chocolate. 7. Pour over the remaining chocolate. 8. Use a knife to swirl peanut butter mix and chocolate mix together. 9. Place in fridge for a few hours to cool. Once set, remove from fridge and cut into bars or squares of your choice.
